Tampan said from downtown; is the Port of Tampa (cruise terminal) in downtown? I, too, am wondering what the taxi fare will be from the Port to the airport (not factoring in the awful price of gas and taxi rates increasing).

Cruise Terminals are downtown(Channelside), Carnival, Royal Carribean, Holland America.
