Hi...non american travelling to the miami area for a few days around thanksgiving. Are there any malls etc open on Thanksgiving Day? Need to do some Christmas shopping and would rather avoid the black friday sales if possible.

There will be a Macy%26#39;s open somewhere for you. Take your passport, head for their visitor%26#39;s centre %26amp; get a further discount card. I%26#39;ve shopped in the one at Aventura Mall which opens at 7am on Friday 28th, 9am on Sat 29th, etc. Look for good discounts on jewellery stands. There%26#39;s a Bloomingdales, JC Penney %26amp; Sears there too. Enjoy your shopping !
