Can anyone suggest what would be a good birthday surprise for my son who will be celebrating his 14th birthday while we are in Orlando. Bearing inmind that we will be doing all the parks while we are there and he is a typical teenager.
Birthday surprise for 14yrld Boy
I%26#39;d give him a day at Disney Quest, if he is at all into Video Games

Then maybe a nice Birthday Dinner at the New T-Rex Restaurant
An afternoon of parasailing or boating would be something to look into also, that might be fun

Birthday surprise for 14yrld Boy
I would do Disney Quest in the daytime then dinner of his choice (some good options would be Rainforest Cafe, T-rex, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co) then Blue Man Group or Cirque du Soleil at night (depending on his tastes, I%26#39;d lean toward Blue Man Group though)
My son did the helicopter rides a few years back and absolutely loved that. He brougt a camera with him and got some cool shots of Sea World from the air.
I would have to agree with the suggestions above. DisneyQuest during the day, a nice dinner and then Blue Man Group. My kids (12 %26amp; 17) really enjoyed this show.
If he likes go karts, you can take him to Fun Spot at Old Town in Kissimee. It has four tracks, one being a bi-level track, and you can buy an all day pass. They also have bumper cars, a ferris wheel and an arcade.

My son loved a surfing lesson at Typhoon Lagoon. He%26#39;d never surfed before and this was a great way to have a go in really safe conditions. Lessons are held fairly early, before TL opens for the day.
Thanks to you all who have come up with some good ideas for Louis%26#39;s birthday I think we will let him just choose as its his day.
my twin 14 yr olds concur- a new laptop at Best Buy. Will be a good buy with the Euro.
Most have dual currency charging cords, you will just need a US/Europe travel adaptor. Easy peasy- I have 3.
For my sons birthday next year, i am going to book him into skyadventure (i think that it is what it is called)on I Drive, its a wind tunnel and it gives you the same experience as sky diving - you also get a photo and dvd.
His birthday is in June but not going until early July, but i know he will be exited about it.
They have a website take a look - and not all that expensive.
Regards
Chris
