Ring the switchboard I take it, its Virgin Atlantic and not Virgin hols - and explain you want to speak to someone in the UK tel no. 01293 562 345.

I%26#39;m afraid so if you%26#39;ve already got a booking its india you have to ring - you could always just ring the general number and just explain you have a problem you want to get sorted ASAP and that you find it difficult to understand those who take the customer service calls...

Don%26#39;t suppose you booked it through the flying club or anything did you - i mean you could%26#39;ve spoken to them...

When you first book your holiday its a UK call centre, but once you have booked and have a booking ref you have to talk to India.

You could always go through to the new booking dept (UK) and see if they can help you if you explain.

If you have a Virgin Atlantic booking then its not always India.
