Stayed here in September with my family have never stayed in a more disgusting hotel in my life! went with thomas cook and asumed we would be in a decent hotel what a mistake the room and the entire hotel area was unclean my oldest son refused to sleep in the bed it was that bad the carpets were filthy the shower mat in the bath !! tried to lift it so as to have a shower and underneath it there was all kinds of human hair which had been stuck under there for god knows how long honestly if you have booked this hotel think again therE was just nothing nice about it at all. after braking down finally got a hold of a thomas cook rep 8 days later and into our second week to get moved still cant believe thomas cook have this as a 3 star we were moved to the holiday inn international drive and that was a 3 star couldnt believe the difference but much too late for us our whole holiday was ruined i took pictures and video of this hotel so are waiting for an outcome! please dont go through what we had to honestly it really was that bad!

Hi, sorry you had a bad time at this hotel. We stayed here in Dec 06 and it was absolutely fine, clean rooms, towels and sheets changed every day, free transport to the parks, free breakfast, coffee available 24/7 and all for 拢20 per night for the room. It wasn%26#39;t the Ritz but I didn%26#39;t pay Ritz prices and have checked the hotel reviews and most are quite positive. I think you must have just got a rogue room as I would certainly stay there again without hesitation.

Errr.....did you speak to the Hotel Manager at all? What you describe is not right, but I%26#39;d be somewhat surprised if the Manager wasn%26#39;t interested in how good (or not) a job the cleaning staff had been doing.
If you don%26#39;t mind me asking, why did you wait 8 days to get hold of your rep? Or did it take you 8 days to get through to them?
If you ever have issues like this with a hotel, you need to let someone know right away. The big tour companies don%26#39;t want unhappy guests and the hotels don%26#39;t want the grief the big tour companies will give them with unhappy guests.
