Airport hotels

Greetings,

My son and I are cruising out of Miami on the 20th of December. I have found very reasonable flights to FLL arriving the night before. Any suggestions on accomodations very near to the airport as we plan to leave after breakfast to get to the pier?? BTW, my son is wheelchair bound, but can easily find accessiblity for an overnighter. Just want a cheap, clean room in which to sleep and shower prior to cruise departure.

Near the Fort Lauderdale Airport - Sheraton FLL Airport; Hilton FLl Airport; Hilton Garden Inn; Holiday Inn (Sheridan Street/I9t); Springhill Suites; Courtyard; Hampton Inn;

There are a lot of hotels in the vicinity of the FLL Airport - it all depends on what you consider ';cheap';. We%26#39;ll do our best to help you.

Thank you for your suggestions. Yes, I have found several very near the airport that are reasonably priced. The problem is the ';free'; shuttle service to and from the airport offered to hotel guests. Unfortunately, none of them have ';wheelchair accessible'; shuttles. Are any of them close enough that we could ';walk'; to the Royal Caribbean transport area?
