Am I right in assuming that I cannot book the V Room at Gatwick unless I have booked flight or holiday directly with Virgin?

You can book the V ROOM as long as you have booed your holiday through Virgin Holidays either directly or via a travel agent but it must be a Virgin Hoiday rather than a Virgin Atlantic flight only.

Is the V Room any better value or better facilites than a regular airport lounge?? I am not so sure

Candyfloss..the v room costs 拢15pa %26amp; 拢10pc (although ive paid 拢17 for ad next dec.

It includes free soft/ hot drinks, food, internet access, games consoles, soft play etc. It is a seperate room away from the normal hustle of the airport. Also offers fast track security.

candyfloss i think defo worth the money there will be five of us and if you take into account buying food and drink for all ,walking round the shops and buying then if there is a delay maybe more food and drink and books and papers to read its well worth it plus the comfort and views and entertainment in the v room just a really nice way to start your holiday

i hear what you are saying....but for 拢20 you get unlimited alcoholic beverages...which while it is not for me...my husband rather enjoys that! What kinda food do you get in the V Room?

hiya candyfloss its a buffet, cereals, pastries,bacon sandwiches,sausages toast as much tea and coffeeand juice as you can drink and also alcohol which you have to pay for
