Best way from Airport to Downtown Disney Hotel

Hi,

I am looking for the fastest and most economical way to get my husband and 2 year old from the main airport in Orlando to the Hilton Orlando Hotel (in downtown disney on hotel plaza blvd.).

Taxi? Mears? Quicksilver?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Fastest will be in a car of some sort, be it taxi or pre-arranged town car.

Most economical will be by public service bus. For this trip you%26#39;ll need to take one bus from the airport to DownTown (11 or 51) and then the express (5) to Hotel Plaza Blvd. This will cost $2 each person each way (transfers are free). Lynx will take you about 2 hours so not a great idea. I%26#39;d go with quicksilver-you can make a grocery stop,not the cheapest way but the quickest and costs about the same as all of you on Mears

Hire a car. then use for the rest of you stay, and drop it of at the airport on your return.

Quickest, most convenient, and the convenience outweighs the cost.

The Express from Downtown to Disney is LYNX 50 (not as above), sorry.

And despite what member disneyfaninnyc says, the **actual** (scheduled) journey time would be about 90 minutes including wait time DownTown.

After 7 December there is a **NEW** LYNX bus service that will take you right from the airport to Hotel Plaza Blvd. Once per hour until 9.52 pm with trip time about 55 minutes. Route 111. See schedule here:
