We will be touring Florida as a family next year and seeking moderately priced accommodation. A friend has recommended renting cabins on KOA campsites which appeals, but we would not have bedlinen or sleeping bags with us and it is not normally provided. I have e mailed KOA HQ and they can%26#39;t seem to answer the question about whether you can pay extra to hire linens and towels (?). Has anyone done this ? Thanks.
KOA CampsitesKOA does not offer linen service for the cabins. Have you thought about renting a cabin at Fort Wildness they come with daily maid service.
KOA CampsitesGo to the Florida state parks website (www.floridastateparks.org). Select ';camping and lodging'; on the left side. You%26#39;ll get a list of parks with cabins and campgrounds. Select a park, under ';park highlights'; select the icon of a cabin and palm tree. That will give you info on the cabins and whether or not they provide linens. For example, Blue Spring State Park does provide linens.
