Hi, we have seen a villa we like in the Retreat at Legacy Park. Has anyone stayed there, or has any info about the area?

We%26#39;ve stayed at a private villa at Highgate Park (in Davenport, Fl) wihck is one of the developments in Legacy Park and enjoyed it very much.

Legacy Park is made up of numerous smaller developments, each with a different name. All are fairly new. Some of the develpments have mostly pool homes (which are really nice) and some of the developments have a mix of homes with and without pools. It%26#39;s in an area that is easy to find back roads to the parks etc. so you can stay out of the higher traffic areas.

If you have specific questions, I%26#39;d be glad to try and help. If this is your first time to Davenport we could also give you info on resturants we like, grocery stores, etc.

We have rented a villa at The Retreat at Legacy Park for the past 3 years. It is a fantastic location very close to the attractions but is nice and quiet. The villa we rent backs on to a conservation area and is a huge well furnished home with a great owner and managegemnt company. This is a really safe residential area with upscale homes.

The Retreat is particularly nice. Very large detached houses with pools. The best ones have conservation views. I have rented a great villa there. Excetionally well furnished and clean. The best we have rented and we have been going for years.

I stayed at Highgate Park within Legacy Park last month. It is a beautiful community with mainly large detached villas.

Felt completely safe while we were there and can%26#39;t wait to go back.
