Anybody got photographs of the beach itself in St. Pete Beach, been searching the web for a while but can%26#39;t find any good ones.
I%26#39;m torn between St. Pete Beach %26amp; Clearwater Beach for 3-4 nights, need a nice beach %26amp; as close to Tropicana Field as possible (I know St. Pete Beach is closest and that Tropicana Field is in St. Petersburg, about 5-10 miles away).
Recommendations?

Also, this is a side-adventure/trip from our stay in Orlando and we don%26#39;t fancy driving over there, so it%26#39;s likely Amtrak or a shuttle to Busch Gardens. Is that a good idea or not? Is it ultimately better to get a shuttle to Busch Gardens from Orlando and travel onwards to St. Pete Beach from there?

I have loads
It%26#39;s a long way from the beach to Busch Gardens. No trains, just heavy traffic. At lease an hour from Clearwater Beach and longer from St. Pete. So go there first or last. Both locales have great beaches but the award winners are Ft. Desoto Park and Caladesi Island - on .opposite ends of the county. The Trop is closer to Tampa Bay not the Gulf beaches. Consider Gulfport.

There is just no easy way to get from the Orlando area to Tampa/Busch Gardens and/or the Pinellas County Beaches (St. Pete Beach or Clearwater Beach), other than renting a car.
The closest beach to Tropicana Field is actually a section called Treasure Island, follow Central Ave which runs east and west just north of Tropicana Field to the Gulf and you arrive at Treasure Island.
