Just frustrated. Went to universal today. Twister closed. Simpsons ride closed. Terminator 3d. CLOSED!!!! and then when some of us went to get our money back they acted like they couldn%26#39;t do it, until we continued to complain, then they finally gave it back. ARGHHHHH. Looks like I wont get to go on some of the attractions I had looked forward to.
ughh universalOh dear, can understand your frustration. But do you know why they were closed...? I suppose breakdowns happen all the time, and cannot be helped.
Also, if you got your money back in the end, then you can%26#39;t say fairer than that! :)

just back from our short holidays in south Florida. Spent two days at Universal and were really happy we had the park almost to ourselves (everything was open 10 days ago, thank God!). We had a great time and as we also had express passes, we managed to do Universal %26amp; IOA in a day without problems.
This was probably just a freak thing that all these were closed at the same time; they are not closed for an extended period of time by any means (unless they haven%26#39;t updated their website).
If you went today, it might be a whole different story.
I was talking to someone last night who%26#39;s wife works at Universal. Apparently some genius with a backhoe was working on the new rollercoaster and managed to cut the AC gas line yesterday. So none of the AC in Universal Studios worked and they basically had to shut down the whole park and send everyone over to Islands of Adventure instead. I am extremely glad I was not working the Guest Relations at Universal yesterday, the line of cranky, unhappy guests must have been wrapped around the block.
