We are close to Orlando and will be staying in Port Orleans-Riverside the week prior to the 4th of July. Can anyone give me advise on what to do or avoid as the park will be so hot and packed?
Of note, my wife and I have three very excited children ages, 10, 9 and 6.
Thanks for your help!
Hot and the 4th of JulyLast year, on July 4, the Magic Kingdom had a naturilization ceremony which included many participants, and I am not sure if they will do that this year, but I would avoid that park anyway. The best idea would be to go the Animal Kingodm in the morning and EPCOT in the evening. However, the most important thing of all is to arrive early, and plan ahead!
Hot and the 4th of JulyHi we will be at Port Orleans at the same time as you, we fly home on 4th July, we have been to waterparks on 4th July and avoided the parks it is a bit more relaxing.
Thanks guys for the great advise (sorry for the late posting). We decided to go to the water park on the 4th and it was still crazy, I can only imagine what the other parks must have been like?? On the advise of other friends decided to have dinner at the Floridian and watch the fireworks from their lawn....I would highly recommend that to anyone! Avoid the crowds, see the fireworks, have a great meal- it was perfect.
