We will be visiting my daughter in South Beach and will be going out to eat for Thanksgiving. We would like a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Any suggestions?

Definitely Talula on 23rd Street. www.talulaonline.com
Reservations are a must.
For a huge gourmet buffet service in Bal Harbour, some 15 minutes to the north - check out this article:

Talula looks really good and they are offering a special Thanksgiving meal. We are also considering Balans. Has anybody tried them?
You can try Smith and Wollensky they have a traditional Thanksgiving menu:

Nice atmosphere and a nice view of the water. Other places you could try are Acqua @ the Four Seasons or Azul @ the Mandarin Oriental.. although I don%26#39;t know about their menus, you would have to call.
In regards to Balan%26#39;s I went to there old location for Easter brunch and it was awful... everyone I was with disliked their food and service wasn%26#39;t good. I haven%26#39;t tried their new spot in Mary Brickell Village though, but I doubt its improved much just by switching locations.
