7th Street Parking, is it safe

I have located the multi story car park on 7th at Collins (on Google earth) and see it is near my Hotel (Beacon). Is it quite safe? I want to park there for 2-3 days and not check up to much.

Municipal garages, such as this one, are patrolled and have video surveillance. On-street parking, principally where tourists are not allowed to park (check out all the signs, especially on weekends), are another story.
