Do Dollar Car Hire at Tampa Airport provide shuttle transport to the cruise port. If so how do you book?

Not likely, but you can call Dollar at 1-866-434-2226 Best bet would be to take a cab or a shuttle service, one is called Super Shuttle. The cruise port is about 15-20 minute ride from the airport.
