we are going in December to shearaton vistana village i drive after reading mixed reports and apartments being privately owned we do not want to end up in some dirty noisy place and have grief before we even start our hols can anyone give me any tips on how to and what part to request we are not driving so do not want to overlook the car parks am so excited about going and have been planning and saving since Jan TA forum keeps it real and we enjoy reading all you posts
how and when do i request a particular part to stay in ?
I call the front desk in advance and ask for the name of the manager and then write a letter making my requests. Not an e mail,not a fax,not a phone call.A nice polite letter. It is generally successful,and often we get an upgrade as well. I know someone has to get the room by the ice machine and the elevator but it isn%26#39;t going to be me.Of course,then write a thanks when you get home
