Yoga and Meditation and Mickey Mouse Om my!!!

Hi All,

I鈥檓 headed to Orlando the first week of October for a 7 day girlfriend getaway. There will be 6 of us on this trip.

We plan to get in touch with the inner child by visiting a few theme parks but, we would love to balance that with some mind/body work. We will do a day spa visit and make use of the pool and fitness facilities at the resort.

I鈥檓 looking for suggestions for free or inexpensive yoga and meditation classes in the Orlando area.
