Anna Maria Beach Cottages!!

It was a tough decision since there are so many fabulous places on AMI. And really, there isn%26#39;t a %26#39;wrong%26#39; choice.

But having the beach SO CLOSE ended up being the clincher for us. Not just for treks back and forth... but we remembered how we like to walk the beach at night with flashlights and watch the crabs scurry. The kids love it.

And also for early morning walks and sunsets, having %26#39;home base%26#39; so close (w/3 kids) will be much easier.

In addition, the cottages are very %26#39;old Florida%26#39;. That was exactly what we were wanting. The 3 bedroom seems plenty spacious for us.

And they have bikes on site! Plus we found out there%26#39;ll hardly be anyone there during our week. One of the advantages of OCT.

Has anyone ever seen the beach pics on beachhunter.com of AMI? Those gorgeous pictures were taken very near the beach in front of Anna Maria Cottages. I%26#39;m so excited!!
