Flying Virgin in November should we get a good service?
VirginWell hopefully you won%26#39;t have as bad a time as we did when we flew with them this August!
By the way, in case you%26#39;ve booked online and rec%26#39;d their info re bag sizes being no bigger than 62inches, just ignore it as it%26#39;s complete rubbish!
Hope u hv a better trip than we did.
VirginIn my opion yes you will get a good service...
Free food free drink and very generous baggage allowance ....
Lots of people will complain but you will get that with every airline.
We use Virgin every year and love them.
Just be positive and you will have a great time
many thanks
Happy0007, I have to ask, you seem to post in every topic saying what a terrible time you had in Orlando, I have to wonder why you are still in the Orlando forum if you hated it so much???
.... Come on! Live up to your name, you must have something good to say about your trip!
I have never had anything but good service from virgin and would not fly with anyone else
I am also flying with them on the 29th November
When are you flying?
We have flown with British Airways and American %26amp; Virgin, we love Virgin , majority of the Cabin Crew are young, happy and don%26#39;t treat Economy passengers any differently to any other cabin class, the food is good, free drinks and snacks all flight.
We had our honeymoon ruined flying with British Airways so will never fly with them again, AA treated us like second class citizens, the plane was leaking water from all the air vents, seats were broken so I couldn%26#39;t sit upright.
Virgin is the only way to fly.
I%26#39;ll agree with all the good virgin comments too - had a great flight with them in August, from on line check to bag drop, very easy and straightforward both at Gatwick and Orlando.
All the cabin crew were attentive and polite and with their generous luggage allowance dont think you can go wrong.
We have flown with Virgin for our last 10 flights. Only 2 of those flights have we had any problem with.
1. Flight delay on way home of 4 hours due to passenger on way in having heart attack, so plane had to divert to nearsest airport.
2. Seatback tv not working on way out, but got 125 pound voucher which we have used to book next trip.
If I was having a heart attack I would be glad that the concern was to get me help and not to get the passengers to their destination on time!!!!
The vouchers were a goodwill gesture, my friend went with Thomas Cook and as her TV wasn%26#39;t working, she got free drinks BIG DEAL. You get free drinks with Virgin anyway.
Brilliant airline and service in my book.
11 november
I fly the 12th November with Virgin for the first time. I%26#39;m looking forward to it.
