Disney: One day left to organize and my mind went blank!!!!

We are going in Feb(mid winter vacation) to Disney. We will be there 3 full days. We are my 18 year old birthday boy, his friend, my husband and myself. I scheduled 2 days but remarkably I am drawing a blank for the third day!!

I%26#39;ve schedule segway tour at epcot with dinner at Tutti Italia(close to Illuminations). Another day backstage safari with dinner at California Grill(fireworks view). I wanted to eat at Whispering Cannon Cafe. Any Suggestions on some really neat things to keep the ';boys'; busy? It can even be something they do on their own....

Aqua Seas Tour (Surface Scuba in the big tank at Epcot)

Wilderness Segway Tour (Ft. Wilderness)

Backstage Magic Tour - 3 Parks, All day, includes lunch at either Whispering Canyon or Mama Melrose (I%26#39;d have to check)

Or, just hit the parks you haven%26#39;t been to yet ;)

How about starting the day with a hot air balloon trip.

You can cover both Universal Parks in 1 day, or Busch Gardens is great if your Son likes Thrill rides.
