Sorry all if this has been covered, but what do you suggest for making coffee at the moderate resorts. If I am not mistaking, there is a 4 cup coffee maker. Does the resort supply the coffee for each day or should I bring my own? (and if they do - is it good??)
What do you do??
Thanks!!
coffee in moderate resorts - any suggestions
When I travel, I bring coffee in pre-packaged pods from home and use it rather than the one supplied by the hotel we%26#39;re staying in. That way, I have my Tim Hortons every day!

Making good coffee can never be discussed too much. I need a cup before anything and then I need to know where to get great coffee soon after leaving the room.
I would bring your own in case you don%26#39;t like what is in the room.
The coffee at Beaches and Cream is pretty good. This is next to The Beach Club at The Boardwalk.
The coffee packets that they leave for you are just OK, not the greatest but if you are half asleep yet, go for it. As soon as you are able, take a nice walk to the food court for a better cup ( in your refillable mug of course ) and then when you get going to the Parks you will find Much Better Options

I have never had the coffee in the room.
Our last trip we had no car to run to dunkin donuts for coffee. I was thinking we needed to rent a car just for that. We drank the coffee from the food court of POR and it was pretty good.
We didn%26#39;t get the refillable mugs since we would still be drinking our coffee while waiting for the bus. I also do not like coffee out of a plastic mug.
We did get the refillable cups for our kids.
Somewhere here a long while back I read a post raving about the good Kona coffee at the Poly. Maybe there%26#39;s a way you can get some ground and bring it back to your room? Just a thought.
I never used the coffee maker in the room at POFQ last year, too lazy. I used to fill my refillable mug in the food court and take it with me. I am pretty fussy about coffee and thought it was pretty good.
Do buy the refillable mug, it costs $12 and you can use it for tea, coffee, soft drinks, water and hot chocolate, it pays for itself after a couple of days!
I%26#39;ve stayed at POR (Moderate) before, and left a note for housekeeping. I ask for ';more coffee, and no decaf please';..along with a small tip. My wish has always been granted.
However..I%26#39;m an addict,so I like to pack some coffee pods just in case. They have almost no weight, and are fine in a zip lock. Epcot has some good coffee stands/w capps and lattes.
I also wish they would upgrade their everyday coffee from Nescafe,to something a little more robust,if ya know what I mean.
bottoms up :+%26gt;
